Our automatic solar panel frame production line includes both the Short Frame Production Line and the Long Frame Production Line. It automatically outputs one finished long and one finished short product in 5.5 seconds. It is operated with a total of 5 persons: 1 person for loading, 1 person for feeding wedges, and 3 persons for packaging. The profiles are loaded onto the entry conveyor by the operator, then profile cuts are made on the double-headed cutting machine, and the cut profiles are transferred to the drilling mold. In the drilling mold, processes such as drainage channel/mounting hole drilling are done automatically. Then, the profile is automatically transferred to the rib mold. In the rib mold, the corner wedges are automatically nailed. The finished product is discharged from the exit conveyor.
